Meg and Beth met through a six-month, intensive online plant based culinary course. They work seamlessly as a team to produce healthy, delicious and beautiful plant based recipes for their clients. Their complimentary skill sets and diverse backgrounds mesh perfectly, delivering creativity and passion you can taste in every bite.
Beth Williams
Plant based recipe developer, copywriter and marketing consultant. Recent training includes: Rouxbe Professional Plant Based Certification, e-Cornell Plant Based Nutrition Certification Program, and Gotham Writers Workshop Article Writing. Has over a decade of Marketing experience. Born in France to British and Canadian parents. Is perfectly bilingual. Lives in Barcelona and is learning Spanish. Also: travel junkie, avid reader, food-obsessed, loves hotel breakfasts and has an extensive cookbook collection.
Meg Raines
Plant based recipe developer, food photographer and wellness advocate. Recent training includes: Rouxbe Professional Plant Based Certification and Essential Vegan Desserts Course. Experienced in hotel management and hospitality catering. Owned and operated an artisan bakery in Pateros, WA. Born in Buffalo NY and now lives in Chelan WA with her husband and 3 dogs. Before teaming up with Beth, Meg operated The Evolving Plate where she offered food coaching and plant based cooking classes. Enjoys: creating gluten-free, drool-worthy plant based masterpieces, zens out with yoga, travels whenever she can get away, and thinks about food more than the average person should!
